Take It To The Bridge is a 3 day immersive retreat for new and established business owners who are ready to remove internal limitations and build from clarity, authority and self-leadership.
The intention of this experience is to create a focused and supportive environment where participants can explore both their internal landscape and their business vision. To keep the space intentional and impactful, places are limited to 8 participants per retreat.
The retreats are held separately to honour the different ways men and women operate energetically and biologically. Women move through a 28 day hormonal cycle while men operate on a 24 hour hormonal cycle and this difference informs how we structure the experience.
The retreat includes co-working mornings creating space for focused progress on your business while being supported within a small group of like-minded founders.
Alongside practical business planning and goal-setting sessions, the retreat includes nervous system regulation techniques designed to expand your capacity to receive greater levels of responsibility, visibility and income.
Participants will take part in label-releasing workshops, somatic practices and guided anger release exercises to help clear internal blocks that can limit business growth. There will also be yoga sessions, grounding practices and bridge initiations designed to deepen awareness and strengthen personal leadership.
The retreat also includes guest speaker talks, a creative corner for expression and structured business planning sessions to bring clarity to your next steps.
Take It To The Bridge is where inner alignment meets practical action supporting you to move forward in business with greater clarity, confidence and direction.
